2. well...no. They have Japanese Hentai Games like that but none of them are for the xbox
3. Most game designers tend not to model down there, even if your character is naked for a part of the game in MGS2 they didn't model Raiden down there But no on PC there is with custom mods like the Sims 2 nude mod and oblivion had a mod that re-designs the character models and includes genitalia
